Musanada completes 50pc work on Al Ain community project

Abu Dhabi General Services Company (Musanada) has announced that work is moving at a steady pace on its key community project in Al Ain featuring 279 residential, commercial and utility plots.
Located at Ghanima in the east of Al Ain city, the AED97.5 million project is being delivered in a collaboration with Abu Dhabi Housing Authority (ADHA).
Musanada said it has so far completed 50 per cent of the construction works on the vital infrastructure project which is due for handover to ADHA in the second quarter of 2021, said Musanada in its press release.
The community will also have two mosques, and involve construction of main and secondary internal roads together with the associated utility corridors, it stated.
Saleh Al Sheibah Al Mazrouei, the Executive Director, Roads and Infrastructure at Musanada, said: "Supporting the UAE’s leadership vision of providing superior infrastructure in the UAE, the project complements the comprehensive and sustainable community development process witnessed in Al Ain city."
Infrastructure work will include the construction of sewage and stormwater drainage network in addition to potable water systems, internal road lighting and irrigation networks, stated Al Mazrouei.
"The project will ultimately deliver complete infrastructure services such as fire breeching inlets, power cables, electricity substations, telecommunication ducts, pedestrian sidewalks, and parking bays," he noted.
Musanada will be delivering the project according to global sustainability, green standards, and to the highest health and safety measures, he added.-TradeArabia News Service
