Reportage Properties, a leading real estate developer in the UAE, is organising a special sales day on July 3 for Montenapoleon, its 5,500-unit Egyptian luxury residential development launched in Mustakbal City” in New Cairo.

 

To be held at the Sofitel Abu Dhabi Corniche Hotel, the sales event will also see the company promoting its projects in Dubai and Abu Dhabi in addition to Montenapoleon project.

 

Reportage's first project outside the UAE, Montenapoleon will be built on a ​​465,000-sq-m area providing an innovative fully-finished townhouse, in addition to apartments of distinct sizes, ranging from one to four rooms. 

 

With the highest levels of luxurious finishing, and expected sales amount of E£12 billion ($770 million) the project is expected to be delivered by the fourth quarter of 2025.

 

Reportage Properties recently revealed the availability of apartments and duplexes for ownership in Montenapoleon project, with prices starting from AED183,000 ($49,818), with offers for discounts of up to 40% on cash payment for specific units. 

 

There are also offers available on fully finished apartments in the project through the payment plan of E£7,900 per month, over 80 months.

 

Reportage Properties is developing 11 projects under construction, providing about 5,000 housing units within the most important investment sites in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, in addition to a project that has been completed and delivered in Masdar City in Abu Dhabi.

 

CEO Islam Ahmed Suleiman said that the company is keen to organize many sales events, with chances of various offers that suit the majority of customers. 

 

The recent launch of the "Montenapoleon" project, which is their first project outside The UAE, reflects the strong financial position of the company, and its ability to develop many new projects in various regions, indicating that the company has an ambitious plan for expansion in the coming years.

 

The list of Reportage Properties projects in Abu Dhabi includes "Al Raha Lofts 1", which provides 178 housing units, and "Al Raha Lofts 2", which adds 124 housing units, within the Al Raha Beach area.

 

In Masdar City in Abu Dhabi, the “Oasis Residence 1” project is under development and provides 612 apartments, and “Oasis Residence 2” includes about 304 housing units, as well as the “The Gate”, which adds 463 apartments, whereas the “Leonardo Residence” , which It was delivered about two years ago, included 177 apartments in Masdar City.
