Saudi-based Al Yamamah Steel Industries Company has announced that it has won approval from its board of directors to begin work on a new wind power systems factory in the kingdom. 

 

The designs works have already been completed along with analysng the bids of the contractors for executing the civil and electromechanical works, said Al Yamamah Steel Industries Company in its filing to Saudi bourse Tadawul. 

 

The project will be coming up on a piece of land allocated by the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu. It is likely to be completed by the second quarter of 2023, it added.-TradeArabia News Service
