Ellington Properties, a design-led boutique developer, said it has appointed Brewer Smith Brewer Group (BSBG), an international design and executive architecture group with studios in Dubai, London and Riyadh, as the lead consultant for its upcoming projects in Dubai.

 

The partnership marks a new era of expansion for Ellington Properties as it expands the portfolio with high-rise residential developments in prime locations in Dubai - Downtown Dubai, Jumeirah Lake Towers (JLT) and Business Bay, said the developer in a statement.

 

Under this, BSBG will work with Ellington Properties on the buildings' overall architecture and design and oversee all sub-consultants, it added.
