ASAS Real Estate, the property arm of Sharjah Islamic Bank (SIB), said work has begun on its key freehold development, Khorfakkan Resort, coming up on the eastern coast of Sharjah, and is due for completion by the end of 2025.

 

A first-of-its-kind freehold development, it features luxury apartments with a private beach on the eastern coast of Sharjah and provides a variety of stunning views of the coast, mountain, amphitheatre and waterfall in Khorfakkan. 

 

The project also includes retail, restaurants, recreational facilities distributed and coordinated with the highest standards of exterior design to serve all apartments and provide the visual aesthetic dimension in the surroundings, said a statement from ASAS Real Estate.
