Jabal Omar Development Company (JODC), a leading real estate developers in the region and one of the largest listed companies in the Saudi Tadawul Stock Exchange, has announced the relocation of its company headquarters.

 

Its main office has been shifted from Al Takhasosy District to one of its prime project sites located next to the main mosque in Makkah, said JODC in its Saudi bourse filing.

 

The Saudi group has its mega master development, Jabal Omar, coming up on a 235,000-sq-m area in a key location near the Makkah mosque. 

 

To be implemented in several phases, the prime project, on completion, will have a built-up area of over 2.5 million sq m with a total of 46 towers which include hospitality, commercial and residential developments.

 

According to JODC, the Phase Two and Three will be ready by year-end and Phase Four by Q4 2024.-TradeArabia News Service
