UAE-based Al Zorah Development Company said it achieved multiple milestones in 2022 with the successful launch and off-plan sellout of two of its beachfront villa properties (Exclusive 21, Seaside Hills Villas and Seaside Hills Residence) as well as luxury projects within its AED2 billion ($544 million) premium development in Ajman.

 

Al Zorah Development Company is a joint venture between the Ajman government and Solidere International and also is the leading holistic real estate master developer of Al Zorah area in the northern emirate.

 

Giving a construction update, Al Zorah said it has achieved great success on its key developments including The District 9 and Central Part - boasting 623 luxury villas and townhouses as well as commercial showroom plots with a total development cost of around AED1.15 billion - and The Fairways featuring 158 villas and townhouses and residential building plots with a development cost of AED833 million.

 

The Emirati developer said it has also begun work on the extension of Oberoi Hotel & Resort and setting up of the clubhouse at Al Zorah Golf Club.

 

Following the expansion work, Oberoi Hotel & Resort will get eight additional two-bedroom beachfront villas, thus raising the overall resort inventory to 97 keys, in addition to an adult pool and a food and beverage outlet, it added. 

 

On the key milestones, Chairman Sheikh Rashid bin Humaid Al Nuaimi said: "Under the vision and direction of the Ruler of Ajman, Al Zorah has become a landmark destination in the UAE, attracting thousands of visitors belonging to different nationalities whom all come here to experience what the region has to offer."
