Dubai-based Samana Developers has appointed Najmeh Jafari, an industry veteran with 12 years of real estate experience, as its new general manager. In this role, she will oversee the company operations and help innovate and create new luxury projects.

 

Jafari had earlier worked as an executive with leading regional developers Emaar Properties, Damac Properties and Azizi Developments.

 

In her new role, she will oversee the company operations and engage with the development team to help conceptualise, innovate and create new luxury projects.

 

One of her responsibilities involves working closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop strategies for the domestic and international markets.

 

She brings a wealth of experience into her new position and is set to play a vital role in consolidating operations and growth of Samana Developers, said the company in a statement.

 

Samana said Jafari had a successful track record of leading and mentoring teams, implementing effective strategies and driving growth. 

 

"She has an astute ability to monitor the performance of a new real estate project – from concept, and development to investor relations. She is highly experienced in the areas of project management, contract management and the construction cycle," said a company spokesman.

 

Besides being well-versed in financial planning, she has an in-depth understanding of the legal and regulatory aspects of Dubai real estate, he added.-TradeArabia News Service
