RIYADH, April 9, 2023
Daikin, a leading provider of heating, ventilation, air conditioning & refrigeration (HVAC-R) solutions, has announced that its Middle East and Africa (MEA) division has set up a dedicated call centre to cater to its customers in the UAE and Saudi Arabia.
Daikin said it was committed to its mission of delivering innovative solutions and an exceptional customer experience by solving today's challenges with speed and agility.
This comes in line with its long-term roadmap to support customers throughout the lifecycle of their equipment and buildings, it stated.
A specialist in the manufacture of air conditioners, heat pumps and refrigeration equipment across the Middle East and Africa region, Daikin's Dubai office has approximately 600 employees across its key markets within the region.
Daikin said its Saudi office based in Riyadh had been serving the local market with the latest solutions and innovations. It has over 150 employees, two branches, service and training center facilities, and a warehouse along with the newly launched factory facility.
"The dedicated customer service provides a more convenient service for Daikin customers," remarked a company spokesman.
"Establishing standalone support services means Daikin’s enhanced service will meet customers’ expectations, and they can reach out to a dedicated team whenever needed," he added.-TradeArabia News Service
