Dubai-based Samana Developers has launched a AED300 million ($82 million) residential project - Samana Golf Views - in Dubai Sports City, a popular freehold community. 

 

Spanning over 298935.90 sq ft, Samana Golf Views features a total of 243 apartments with a mix of 128 studios, 52 one-, 60 two- and 3 three-bedroom units. It is scheduled for delivery in Q2 2026.
