UAE-based Reportage Properties is launching several of its projects for sale with special offers at an event in Abu Dhabi on August 27. 

 

A key player in the UAE property sector, Reportage boasts a portfolio that includes 28 projects across UAE, Egypt, Turkey and Morocco.

 

Among the key projects on display at the event includes its key residential development, Bianca, featuring 653 apartments which was launched during the first quarter; 305-unit Verdana located within the Dubai Investments Park as well 232-unit Silvana project located in the Başakşehir district of Istanbul,Turkey. 

 

Also on display will be the "Plaza" project in Masdar City in Abu Dhabi, which consists of 348 housing units, and the "Birla1" " on Yas Island, which includes 190 housing units, in addition to "Perla 2", that adds 115 new housing units.

 

At the sales event being held at the Sofitel Abu Dhabi Corniche Hotel, Reportage will offer a special 10% discount on all the projects, with 10% down payment, and 1% per monthly installments until the time of handing over.

 

"All our projects are being implemented as per schedule, thus enhancing customer confidence in the company's projects, which is being proved in the continued growth in sales," remarked its CEO Islam Ahmed Suleiman.

 

"Reportage Properties sales in 2022 topped AED2.3 billion ($626 million), compared to AED1.6 billion ($435 million) the year before, thus registering a 45% growth," he stated.

 

According to Suleiman, some of its projects have won top recognition such as the Silvana project in Istanbul, which won the European Real Estate Award for the best townhouse community.
