Prestige One Developments has appointed Saleh Constructions - part of the UAE conglomerate Saleh Bin Lahej Group - to build its AED350-million ($95.3 million) Vista residential development in Dubai Sports City, on which construction will start immediately. 

 

Completion and handover are expected in 2025, with the development already attracting significant interest and sales, emphasising strong confidence in the investment potential of off-plan Dubai real estate from local and international investors, according to its developer.

The agreement was signed at a ceremony in Dubai, with representatives from Prestige One Developments, Saleh Constructions, and project consultant Lacasa.
