UAE-based Reportage Properties, the leading UAE real estate developer, will participate in the Cityscape Qatar exhibition, which will be held at the Doha Exhibition and Convention Center from 24 to 26 October 2023.

 

The company will showcase their portfolio of projects in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Cairo and Istanbul at the expo which runs from October 24 to 26, said a statement from the company.

 

During the past year, Reportage had launched the “Verdana” project, located within the Dubai Investment Park, which consists of 305 townhouse units, followed by “Plaza” project in Masdar City, Abu Dhabi, featuring 348 residential units, in addition to 190-unit Berla1 and 115-unit Berla 2 project on Yas Island.

 

Last year, the company unveiled the “Silvana” project in the Başakşehir district of Istanbul, Turkey, which provides 232 townhouses, after launching in 2021 the “Montenapoleone” project in “Mostakbal City” in New Cairo, Egypt, the first phase of which provides 1,309 apartments and townhouses,  it stated.

 

CEO Islam Ahmed Suleiman stressed Reportage’s interest in participating in various real estate events and exhibitions, and their keenness to provide more on-demand and attractive offers for buyers of all nationalities.

 

Suleiman noted that the Cityscape Qatar exhibition constitutes an important platform for communicating with partners and customers, and knowing more about the aspirations of investors and buyers, which enhances customer confidence in “Reportage” projects.

 

Meanwhile, Reportage said it is set to host a special sales day in Dubai tomorrow (October 22) at the Westin Dubai Mina Seyahi Beach Resort & Marina.

 

Under this special offer, the Emirati developer will be giving a 10% discount, on all its projects. 

 

The buyers can make a 10% down payment and book the property, and then pay 1% monthly installments until the date of hand over. 

 

According to Suleiman, Reportage’s sales exceeded AED2.3 billion in 2022, compared to AED1.6 billion achieved by the company during 2021, thus registering a growth of up to 45%.

 

"Our strong sales in all projects reinforces plans for expansion and launching more new projects," he stated.

 

The company, he stated, recently launched a number of important projects in Dubai, including the “Bianca”, last year, featuring 653 townhouses. They also launched the “Verdana”, located within Dubai Investment Park, consisting of 305 townhouse units.

 

Suleiman confirmed that progress of construction works on all the company’s projects is reflected in the projects’ completion and delivery according to the specified timetable.

 

"Last year, Reportage succeeded in completing and delivering three real estate projects in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, with the Al Raha Lofts 1 in the Al Raha Beach area at Abu Dhabi  handed over, Oasis Residence 1 in Masdar City as well as first phase of The Rukan Lofts being developed in the Dubailand area," he added.-TradeArabia News Service
