Q Properties, a leading UAE real estate developer and subsidiary of Q Holding, has awarded a AED584 million ($159 million) contract to Trojan General Contracting for the construction of 302 townhouses and 110 twin villas within Phase I of Reem Hills development in Abu Dhabi.

 

Situated at the heart of the capital, Reem Hills stands as the only gated community on Abu Dhabi's prime development Al Reem Island, focusing on exclusivity and well-being. 

 

These homes boast modern design features and are spacious, with plenty of outdoor space, making them ideal for families, said a statement from Q Properties.

 

The townhouses have three bedrooms, while the twin villas have four bedrooms. The total BUA (built up area) of both types is 118,000 sq m, it stated. 

 

Q Properties said all of the residential units within the Reem Hills Phase I have been fully sold out.
