Azizi's key DSC projects on track for 2025 completion

UAE-based Azizi Developments has announced that steady progress is being made on two of its residential projects - Azizi Vista and Beach Oasis - located in Dubai Studio City, one of the city’s most distinguished residential areas in Dubai.
Featuring studio apartments and one- and two-bedroom residences, the 163-unit Azizi Vista is set for completion in Q1 of 2025.
Giving a project update, Azizi said the work is in full swing at Vista with the structural work fully completed.
The overall finishes currently stand at 23%, while the blockwork is nearly 96% complete and internal plaster work stands at 74% completion.
The HVAC and MEP works have been 39% and 36% completed respectively.
CEO Farhad Azizi said: “Through our rigorous quality control measures, strong partnerships, and innovative construction technology, Azizi Vista in Dubai Studio City is progressing both at a fast pace and with outstanding craftsmanship."

On its other project, Azizi said work is moving at a steady pace on Beach Oasis which now stands nearly 33% complete.
A vibrant mixed-use community, Beach Oasis comprises 476 studios, 200 one- and 36 two-bedroom residences spread across two buildings, along with an outstanding array of amenities including a large beach-like swimming pool - a key highlight of the project’s central courtyard.
It also boasts fully equipped gymnasiums, landscaped gardens, children’s play areas, and a central square with a multitude of retail options for the convenience of its residents.
A modern low-rise residential community, Beach Oasis is set for handover in Q2 of 2025.
Giving a project update, the Dubai developer said the structural build has now reached 88%, while its blockwork, MEP, and internal plastering stand at 36%, 9%, and 10% completion respectively.
