Wade Adams lands Emaar's Dubai residential project contract

Leading construction and project development company in the Gulf region, has announced that it has secured a major contract from masterdeveloper Emaar to deliver construction and infrastructure related services for the first two phases of its premium project - The Oasis Development - in Dubai.
The Oasis is an exclusive residential community of low density mansions, villas, and town-houses set in an environment of water canals, lagoons, beaches and continuous ribbons of parks and green spaces. It will also feature a range of retail, community facilities and utilities.
According to Wade Adams, the scope of work includes construction of pump stations for irrigation and firefighting as well as external utility connections for potable water, TSE and foul sewerage of project known as the Oasis located within Dubai about 10 km west of the Arabian Gulf.
The site is accessed by Sheikh Zayed Bin Hamdan Road on the north and Al Yalayis Road from the south and across from the site on the south is the Dubai Investment Park development.
In another development, Wade Adams said it had, in conjunction with Dubai's RTA completed all phases of Al Khail Road Development Project, which included the construction of five 3,300-m-long bridges and the widening of lanes stretching over 6,820m, spread across seven locations along Al Khail Road.
The project serves 1.5 million people and contributes to a 30% reduction in travel time while increasing the capacity of existing intersections and bridges to accommodate around 19,600 vehicles per hour.
It also enhances traffic flow on Al Khail Road, resolves traffic overlapping at interchanges, and ensures free-flowing traffic.-TradeArabia News Service
