Diyar Al Muharraq seals finance deal with Khaleeji Bank

Diyar Al Muharraq, Bahrain’s largest real estate developer, said it has entered into a joint agreement with Khaleeji Bank, one of the leading Islamic banks in the Kingdom of Bahrain, in Cityscape Bahrain 2024.
Under this agreement, individuals interested in owning a completed villa under Phase 2 of Al Naseem will enjoy a grace period of up to 18 months, said Diyar Al Muharraq in a statement.
Homebuyers will also have the opportunity to purchase the villas at a profit rate of 5.75% with no down payment, alongside deferring their payments for up to a year and a half.
Additionally, interested buyers will benefit from an array of financing options presented by Khaleeji Bank to purchase any housing units available at Diyar Al Muharraq, it stated.
They will also enjoy flexible repayment terms between 15 to 30 years, in addition to competitive annual profit rates starting at 3.99% and not exceeding 4.65%, with a down payment not exceeding 10% of the property value, it added.
