Alba female staff honoured for completing leadership programme

Aluminium Bahrain (Alba), one of the world’s largest aluminium smelters with over 50 years of excellence in operations and safety, said its CEO Ali Al Baqali honoured 18 of its female employees for completing the Leadership Development Programme held recently in cooperation with Steppingstone Global.
The Leadership Development Programme was tailor-made course for Alba Ladies with an aim to provide equal opportunity at enhancing their leadership skills for future growth within the company.
The course focused on various aspects including decision making, emotional intelligence, organisational culture and conflict resolution.
At a special ceremony held today (September 18) Al Baqali awarded these employees with the Leadership Development Programme certificate.
Alba’s Director of Administration Hamad Al Shaibeh and Senior Manager HR & Training Rawdha Salman Al Aradi were also present.-TradeArabia News Service
