Injaz, NGN and FinMark to launch a job mentorship platform
MANAMA, December 11, 2022
Injaz Bahrain, NGN International and FinMark Communications, will launch a new youth-focused mentorship platform in order to boost employability and give young people the support and skills they require.
This initiative is another strategic milestone for Injaz Bahrain in its ongoing mission to prepare young Bahrainis to succeed in a global economy. The platform, which will be launched and active by the first quarter of 2023, will gather national, regional, and global mentors from across diverse industries and match them with young adults with similar interests and aspirations.
This platform will be an exclusive place where leaders of prime organisations get to coach and inspire youth to be successful and active contributors to their economies.
Connecting youth
The project will connect youth, bring together countries, and help develop capabilities through networking via a sophisticated and an easy-to-use platform to be developed by NGN International. FinMark Communications will work with Injaz and NGN, leveraging its Mentorship Forum Middle East platform, to bring capable mentors that have taken part as speakers, panellists and attendees at its annual mentorship events since its launch in 2019.
Sheikha Hessa bint Khalifa Al Khalifa, Injaz Bahrain Chairperson, commented: “We believe in the potential of youth and this will be a collaboration that will be spearheaded by Injaz Bahrain for connecting youth across borders. This partnership will open the doors for Bahraini youth and youth across the globe to connect and learn from leading mentors who equally believe in empowering youth and create success stories.”
Yaqoob Al Awadhi, founder and CEO of the NGN Group expressed his eagerness to harness all experience and capabilities in establishing this platform and providing it with the best technical systems and cutting-edge applications to accomplish the desired objectives with the maximum possible effectiveness.
Labour market needs
He added: “This pioneering national project is part of NGN Centre's commitment to boosting the knowledge and skills of Bahraini cadres, enhancing their competitiveness, and ensuring that they fulfil the current and future labour market needs through effective mentorship.”
Concluding, Zahraa Taher, Managing Director of FinMark Communications, said: “As part of our ongoing commitment to supporting the adoption of mentorship, we’re delighted to support Injaz launching this pioneering platform to connect youth with high quality mentors that can help shape and prepare them to enter into and succeed in the job market. We continue to have a strong response from potential mentors to take part and support the platform and look forward to its launch in the near future.” -- TradeArabia News Service
