KHK Sports, ThinkSmart ink deal to create jobs for Bahrainis

KHK Sports, a key initiative launched by Shaikh Khaled bin Hamad Al Khalifa, First Deputy President of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports, President of the General Sports Authority and President of Bahrain Olympic Committee, has signed an agreement with Bahrain's top ICT training provider Thinksmart for Development and Training.
One of the fastest-growing sports media projects in the GCC, KHK Sports said the partnership will provide Bahraini youth work opportunities through KHK Sports internships.
It is driven by a vision and passion for the development of sports that has been built on a foundation that athletes can rely upon in the Middle East.
The signing ceremony took place in the presence of Mohammed Shahid, President of BRAVE Combat Federation and CEO of KHK Sports, and Aakash Munjal, General Manager of Thinksmart for Development and Training.
Mohammed Shahid said: "As an organization, KHK Sports has been founded under the precept of promoting real social transformation and not only the world of sports but the community as a whole, especially when it comes to long lasting changes through the future generations."

ThinkSmart’s Group CEO Ahmed Al Hujairy said: "It is a proud moment for us to be partnering with KHK Sports under our Forsati Project. Our Forsati Project is a key project in partnership with Microsoft and Tamkeen for young Bahraini which will enable them to upgrade their skills with the latest job role-based certifications."

On the partnership, Munjal said: "We are absolutely honored to have KHK Sports as our partner. This is a very exciting and amazing opportunity for our students to gain real-life work experience with such an esteemed organization."
