The NGN Training and Development Centre actively participated in the Career Fair organised by the University of Bahrain, which brought together 43 noted institutions and companies representing various sectors in Bahrain.

 

During the participation, the Centre's team delivered a comprehensive presentation highlighting its cutting-edge training courses. These offerings encompassed a wide array of in-demand areas, with a specific focus on both foundational and advanced skills, particularly in the dynamic field of information technology and other pertinent domains.

 

Yaqoob Al Awadhi, the CEO of the company, highlighted that the company's participation in this exhibition is part of a larger initiative to guide Bahraini youth towards optimal opportunities in training and employment. The objective is to equip fresh graduates and job seekers with the necessary skills to meet the demands of the labor market, aligning with national endeavors to develop and enhance the capabilities of these individuals while bolstering their competitiveness in securing lucrative job prospects.

 

Al Awadhi said Bahrain, alongside regional countries, is currently witnessing the launch of positive initiatives by employers in anticipation of future employment trends. He pointed out that when Bahraini youth are well-qualified and trained, they are better positioned to capitalise on opportunities stemming from these initiatives.
