Diyar Al Muharraq, a leading real estate developer in the Kingdom of Bahrain, has announced that registration has commenced for the fifth edition of its "Tumouh" training programme.
The ‘Tumouh’ programme falls under Diyar Al Muharraq’s broader initiatives to nurture young Bahraini talent by providing a practical training environment that aligns with current market demands.
It is designed for graduates from leading local and international universities with Bachelor’s degrees in key engineering disciplines, including civil, electrical, and architectural, as well as real estate development and quantity surveying, said a statement from Diyar Al Muharraq.
The company is now inviting eligible candidates to apply from mid-March 2025 for a period of four weeks.
Under the Tumouh programme, four Bahraini graduates will get the opportunity to gain hands-on experience through specialised training in both engineering and real estate development.
Under the guidance of a seasoned team of professionals, the trainees will get to boost their skills and then confidently enter the job market, said the statement.
Commenting on the occasion, CEO Engineer Ahmed Ali Alammadi said: "We are proud to be launching the fifth edition of ‘Tumouh’, reaffirming our commitment to empowering Bahraini youth by equipping them with the skills needed to succeed in the engineering and real estate sectors."
"Developing national talent remains one of our strategic priorities, and through this program, we aim to support graduates in achieving their professional aspirations while making a meaningful contribution to the Kingdom’s real estate industry," he added.-TradeArabia News Service
