Saudi Health has said that the number of pilgrims who received medical services through its hospitals and health centres in Makkah and Madinah reached 76,635 pilgrims since late May.

 

The ministry said that the pilgrims benefited from quality specialised services, including 23 open heart operations, 162 cardiac catheters, 385 dialysis operations, 38 laparoscopic operations, and two newborns.

 

Saudi Health provides its services to pilgrims this year from 32 hospitals and 140 health centres with a total capacity of more than 6,000 beds and staffed by about 32,000 doctors and health practitioners.-- TradeArabia News Service
