Roxy Cinemas in collaboration with wellness event specialist, Core Direction will be offering an experience that blends holistic well-being with entertainment through the 'Roxy Cinemas Wellness Morning’.

 

A first-of-its-kind wellness experience in the UAE, 'Roxy Cinemas Wellness Morning’ is set to take place from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm on Saturday, November 18, 2023 at Dubai Hills Mall. This exclusive event offers a range of immersive wellness activities, including programmed sessions, a tranquil and spiritually enriching ambience and a delightful healthy breakfast. 

 

Open for guests from ages 12 and above, the 'Roxy Cinemas Wellness Morning’ kicks off with a one-hour Hatha Yoga session at 8:00am. Led by expert yoga instructor Sarah Madina, the session caters to participants of all fitness levels, featuring gentle stretches, mindful movements and soothing breathwork set to live acoustic piano music. 

 

Breathwork Masterclass

Commencing at 9:00AM is the ‘One Breath at a Time’ Breathwork Masterclass led by renowned yogi and meditation guru, Manish Pole at Roxy XTREME, the region’s largest cinema screen. 

 

Aired on the XTREME screen followed by a live Q&A session, the unique meditation experience delves into both traditional and modern yogic wisdom, helping participants explore the power of being fully present in each moment and breath, ultimately leading to inner peace and tranquillity. 

 

Participants can delve into the art of meditation led by Manish Pole on the XTREME screen, the biggest screen in the Middle East & North Africa, which is an expansive 423 square meters – twice the size of a tennis court.

 

At 10:00am, guests can recharge with a wholesome breakfast, featuring a variety of items such as muesli, fruit jars, healthy wraps, overnight oats, granola bars accompanied by a revitalising selection of smoothies and pressed juices. 

 

At 10:45am, participants are invited to enjoy a soothing 60-minute sound healing session led by health practitioner, Liv Prescott.  Taking place in the Platinum cinema experience, surrounded by plush, reclining chairs, cozy blankets and immersive Dolby surround sound; crystal bowls, gongs, ocean drums and rain stick vibrations will embrace guests fostering relaxation, stress relief and a profound sense of well-being.--TradeArabia News Service
