Sharakah, Al Rahma to champion sustainability in Oman
MUSCAT, January 8, 2024
Sharakah, Oman’s leading SME development company, has formed a partnership with Al Rahma Association, a charitable organisation, to make use of its surplus marketing materials.
This eco-conscious gesture includes the donation of a variety of items such as A4 bags, A4, A3, and DL envelopes, notepads, and sunshades. This collaboration is a reflection of Sharakah’s commitment to environmental sustainability and social responsibility.
Sharakah has recently undergone a significant brand refresh to better align with its modern vision. The brand uplift which is more than a visual makeover represents Sharakah’s dedication to sustainable practices and its support of Oman’s long-term environmental objectives.
Emergent sectors
The new brand uplift also signals Sharakah’s expansion into emergent sectors like green energy, ICV, and ICT, emphasising digital innovation across its product offerings.
Al Rahma Association has welcomed this initiative, eager to repurpose Sharakah’s previous branding materials in support of a more sustainable future.
A spokesperson for Al Rahma Association said: “Our partnership with Sharakah reflects our shared vision for a sustainable future, turning aspirations into actions.”
A milestone
Ali Ahmed Muqaibal, CEO of Sharakah, said: “This partnership with Al Rahma Association marks a milestone in our journey towards environmental stewardship, allowing us to give back to the community in a sustainable manner. By uniting with Al Rahma, we are recycling materials, and we are cultivating a culture of sustainability that resonates with our values and our new brand ethos.”
In its brand uplift exercise, Sharakah has adopted a new colour scheme to embody its ethos of growth and sustainability. The choice of Banana Palm Green as the primary colour underscores the company’s emphasis on progress and eco-friendly practices, complemented by Phantom Black to create a visual and philosophical balance.--TradeArabia News Service
