Bahrain to host global experts at BDLA7

Bahrain is set to host the seventh edition of the Bahrain Dermatology, Laser, and Aesthetics Conference & Exhibition (BDLA7 2024) from September 5 to 7 at the Radisson Blu Diplomat Hotel in Manama.
The event, headed by Dr Ameen Al-Awadhi, will feature the participation of local, regional and international dermatologists and plastic surgeons, alongside strategic partnerships with leading organisations and associations. The conference is organised by BDA for Medical Events.
BDLA7 2024 serves as a vital platform, uniting numerous consultants and specialists in dermatology, plastic surgery, and related fields. It also welcomes nurses, technicians, and other professionals from Bahrain and around the globe, providing an opportunity to stay updated on the latest scientific research, medicines, dermatological treatments, and new technologies.
Series of lectures
The conference agenda includes a series of lectures and panel discussions covering a wide range of topics such as psoriasis, alopecia, eczema, vitiligo, and the latest medical advancements in these and other skin conditions. Additionally, attendees will explore cutting-edge laser technologies for dermatology and cosmetology treatments.
The event will also feature training workshops on new devices and cosmetic injection techniques, as well as foundational training in dermatological and plastic surgery, aimed at enhancing the knowledge and skills of Bahraini dermatologists and plastic surgeons.
Dr Fatema Khamdan, Consultant Dermatologist and Head of the Medical Dermatology scientific Committee at BDLA7 2024, commented: "We anticipate another successful event, continuing the legacy of excellence and innovation established in previous editions."
