US-based FireEye, an intelligence-led security company, said that it has launched two new managed detection and response (MDR) service offerings – Managed Defence Nights and Weekends, and Managed Defence for Endpoint Security.

Security threats continue to evolve, yet many organisations remain reliant on reactive security solutions due to a lack of available resources, said a statement from the company.

FireEye Managed Defense strengthens security operations by delivering a proactive analyst-driven MDR service that combines world-renowned frontline investigative experience with industry-leading technology and intelligence to detect threats early and help prevent a security incident, it stated.
