Gulf Craft's superyacht to be ready by March
DUBAI, December 19, 2019
UAE-based Gulf Craft, a leading luxury yacht and boat manufacturer in the region, said the work on its latest superyacht - the Majesty 120 - is progressing well and is scheduled for completion by March 2020, it said.
Giving a construction update, Gulf Craft said its superstructure, main deck and sun deck have all been already attached to the hull of the superyacht.
Majesty 120 is the first-ever Majesty Yacht model to be completely electrically powered and, apart for the engines and generators, no hydraulic systems are used onboard.
Using latest technologies, the company has created a noise-free environment as well as a more efficient construction process that leads to a care-free maintenance lifespan for every owner, it added.
The hull was first released from the mould in the first quarter of this year marking the fast progress Gulf Craft retains into its production facility. The superyacht is scheduled for completion by March 2020, it said.
Introduced at the Monaco Yacht Show 2019, the superyacht’s exterior angular lines and contemporary styling is drawn by the shipyard’s in-house design team which follows the new DNA of Majesty Yachts – Superyacht Collection as drawn on the award-winning Majesty 140.
One of the stars features onboard is the vast sun deck space, which is 30 per cent larger than yachts in its class.
Onboard, the superyacht will accommodate up to 11 guests across five spacious staterooms in an inventive asymmetric layout-a first of its kind. A total of seven crew will also be accommodated onboard.
Additional features onboard include a jacuzzi on the sun deck as well as a hybrid beach club, it added.-TradeArabia News Service
