Doha, Qatar, September 29, 2021
Bedaya Center for Entrepreneurship and Career Development, a joint initiative by Qatar Development Bank and Silatech, in cooperation with the Alhanzab Law firm, has announced the provision of “legal counselling” sessions for startups and entrepreneurs.
The service will be available on Mondays and Wednesdays of every week for startups wishing to start their business or for entrepreneurs seeking advice and legal counseling for their existing projects, a statement said.
Through the “Legal Counselling” sessions that can be booked from the Bedaya’s website www.bedaya.qa, and will be conducted over the phone for a period of 20 minutes, entrepreneurs will be able to inquire about many legal matters which will assist them in taking the appropriate steps that suit their projects.
“We constantly seek to support entrepreneurs by providing all the aspects that support their projects. The Center has been providing consultations to all of its affiliates and members, regardless of the nature and diversity of their projects. Furthermore, Bedaya regularly conducts a wide range of programmes, events and workshops to bridge the gap between qualified Qatari youth and the business world, and help them follow the right steps and direction to ensure the continuity and success of their business,” Abdulla Faleh Al Saeed - Board Member and General Manager of Bedaya Center, said.
“Given the importance of the legal factor in various entrepreneurial projects, we, in cooperation with Alhanzab Law Firm, have extended our expertise by offering free legal advice sessions to entrepreneurs in order to help them avoid violating procedures and making common legal mistakes. Through this endeavour, we will provide the most important tips and instructions on the legal aspect, which would help them in launching their business or augmenting their existing projects,” he added.
From his side, Ali Al Henzab, Chairman of “Alhanzab” Law Firm, for legal Consultation and Arbitration, said: “Based on the principle of participating in the renaissance and development path, and in support of advanced legal environment, Alhanzab Law Firm preferred to extend bridges of cooperation with Bedaya Center by providing free legal advice and counseling to entrepreneurs and SME owners”.
“Legal advice is one of the best preventive solutions for project owners and companies when it is offered in a timely manner. When legal advice is requested, business owners can obtain legal information or knowledge that shows the law’s point of view in the dispute or legal issue, and the value of the advice increases when it is presented before the emergence of dispute so that knowledge is revealed with insight when acting, to protect the advisor from accountability, loss or conflict in the future,” he added.
“In this regard, we affirm that legal advice is in the place of a preventive barrier for the consultant, whose pillars are four foundations of competence, to distinguish that it is a legal analysis, and that it is a specialist in law, legal study, and is adopted with an objective and abstract opinion,” he continued. –TradeArabia News Service
