Al Khayal Business and Investment Company has signed an agreement with Samail Industrial City, a part of Oman's Public Establishment for Industrial Estates (Madayn), for setting up a beverages factory within the development.

 

Samail Industrial City said the Al Khayal Business and Investment Company will be producing juices and soft drinks at the 5,000 sq m facility.

 

To be implemented in two phases, the project will see a total investment of RO16 million ($41.4 million).

 

Meanwhile, Madayn has announced an investment opportunity in top-tier health care service centres in Samail Industrial City, aimed at catering to the workforce as well as surrounding population. 

 

"The prime location of the centre facilitates easy access, thanks to its proximity to the entrance gate and the highway," said a company spokesman. 

 

"The centre covers an area of 1100.71 sqm and comprises various facilities, including laboratories, clinics, X-ray facilities, offices, among other facilities," he added.
