Edge Group, one of the world’s leading advanced technology and defence groups, has agreed to provide advanced, end-to-end industrial production solutions and related services to Thales, a French multinational.

 

Announced at the Make It in the Emirates Forum 2024, Thales formalised their commitment by signing Letters of Intent with Edge entities EPI, the cornerstone of precision engineering in the UAE’s aerospace, oil & gas, and defence industries, and Halcon, a regional leader in the design and production of guided weapons systems and beyond.

 

Under the agreements, EPI and Halcon will provide various recurring business activities for the ’Go-To-UAE’ initiative, supported by Tawazun and MoIAT. These activities include design, prototyping, manufacturing, and assembly of various export components.--TradeArabia News Service
