Asus offers 5-year warranty on motherboard

Every Asus ProArt Z490-Creator 10G motherboard sold in Europe, Middle East, and Africa now come with an extended 5-year warranty, the company has announced.
Every motherboard purchased on or after May 20 is eligible for the 5-year warranty, it said. In addition, Asus ProArt PA and PQ series displays that were purchased on or after January 1, 2020, are also eligible for the extended warranty programme, upon registration.
Designed for round-the-clock operation, Asus ProArt Z490Z-Creator 10G is put through a 168-hour stress test, during which it is subjected to temperatures of up to 45° C and up to 80% humidity to ensure 24/7 reliability, even in extreme environments.
The new 5-year extended warranty provides consumers complete peace of mind when making their purchase.
ASUS ProArt Z490-Creator 10G packs everything a professional creator or software developer needs, with the added bonus of additional connectivity features. The I/O panel features two Thunderbolt 3 USBC ports that offer a total of up to 40 Gbps of aggregate interface bandwidth, four USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A connectors that support speeds of up to 10 Gbps, and two USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A ports offering speeds of up to 5 Gbps.
