STARZPLAY to stream AFC matches in UAE

Abu Dhabi Media, the UAE’s leading public service broadcaster and media company, has announced the signing of an agreement with STARZPLAY, Mena region’s leading subscription video on demand (SVOD) service, to stream AFC tournaments of the national teams and clubs competitions.
The broadcast rights in the UAE belong exclusively to Abu Dhabi Media, from 2021 to 2024.
Beginning September, the matches will be streamed on STARZPLAY starting with the Asian qualifying matches for the FIFA World Cup 2022 in Qatar.
For only AED15 a month, football enthusiasts in the UAE can watch the Asian competitions and subscribe to Abu Dhabi Sports channels (Asia 1 and Asia 2) on STARZPLAY platform.
Alternatively, they can also subscribe to the complete STARZPLAY package for AED40 and enjoy a wide assortment of incredible programming. The commentary for all the Asian championships' matches will be available in both Arabic and English.
