Bahrain is set to host 2024 Arab Summit where the member states will discuss the mechanisms of joint Arab action, reported BNA. 

 

It will focus on strengthening the just and comprehensive peace approach in bid to ensure security, stability and prosperity in the region, stated the report citing Arab Parliament Speaker Adel bin Abdulrahman Al Asoomi.

 

Al Asoomi expressed full confidence that the kingdom’s hosting of the next Arab Summit will make it an extraordinary event in developing the mechanisms of joint Arab action.

 

"This is based on His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa’s approach to supporting Arab solidarity and integration at all levels," he stated.

 

While addressing an Arab Parliament session held under his chairmanship, Al Asoomi, commended the efforts exerted by the government, led by His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, to consolidate joint Arab action.
