Staff at a money exchange in Manama had to break into their own place of work yesterday, after a key got jammed in the lock.

 

It prompted false reports on social media that Nonoo Exchange, on Exhibition Avenue, had been targeted by burglars, said a report in the Gulf Daily News (GDN), our sister publication.

 

"There was no break-in - the key got jammed in the lock so we had to break the lock to get in," an employee told the GDN.
