Alkhabeer Capital, the asset manager specialising in alternative investments, announced that it has been ranked first place among 2020 Best Workplaces for Women within the financial sector in the GCC. 

 

The company has also been chosen the second place among all companies by the leading global workplace culture authority Great Place to Work.

 

The exceptional corporate culture and leading position of Alkhabeer Capital was reinforced by Great Place to Work Institute in appreciation of the Company’s continuous efforts towards sustaining a high-trust and high-performing environment for female employees. 

 

It was selected following extensive data gathering with a focus on the Trust Index survey averages rated by female employees, consideration of female ratio in the company and an audit of management policies and practices. 

 

This honour is taking place for the first time in the region, which included 40 organisations from different governmental and private sectors in the GCC.
