The Department of Government Support – Abu Dhabi (DGS), represented by the Abu Dhabi Digital Authority (ADDA) has announced that it has completed the development of an analytical model on human resources management in the Abu Dhabi Government, in cooperation with the Human Resources Authority – Abu Dhabi, HRA.

 

The analytical model aims to provide better insights on the mechanisms required for implementing policies on unplanned absence, thus ensuring smooth business continuity, boosting business development and opportunities, and developing more efficient employment schemes that safeguard business and individual growth.

 

Through this model, various data sets, including necessary historical data, will be collected and analysed to obtain specific patterns of data, then a dashboard will be developed to showcase the results of the analysis and highlight key indicators, factors and trends. This will help with strengthening the planning process and further support the decision making framework.

The analytical model was developed by joint efforts between the Data and Modern Technology team from ADDA and the relevant team from the HRA by analysing and processing big data using artificial intelligence technologies that support innovation and creativity and realise the UAE vision for the future. - TradeArabia News Service
