Old cars clamp on the way in Bahrain

MANAMA, December 21, 2015

A five-year age cap has been imposed on imported second-hand personal cars, private passenger transport vehicles and motorcycles in Bahrain. The new measure would take effect on May 1, traffic licensing affairs director Lt-Col Shaikh Abdulrahman bin Abdulwahab Al Khalifa said in a report in the Gulf Daily News (GDN), our sister publication.
