The merger between Peugeot SA (Groupe PSA) and Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) that will lead the path to the creation of Stellantis N.V. became effective today (January 18).

Groupe PSA shareholders will receive 1.742 shares of Stellantis for each PSA share, while FCA shareholders will receive 1 share of Stellantis for each FCA share.

Stellantis’s common shares will begin trading on Euronext in Paris and the Mercato Telematico Azionario in Milan today January 18) and on the New York Stock Exchange on January 19, 2021, in each case under the ticker symbol “STLA”. – TradeArabia News Service
