Minister of Municipalities Affairs and Agriculture Wael bin Nasser Al Mubarak met with Bahrain International Circuit (BIC) CEO Salman bin Isa Al Khalifa to discuss the circuit's preparations for hosting the Formula 1 race.

 

Mohammed bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, the ministry's Undersecretary, also attended the meeting.

 

Al Mubarak praised BIC’s role in serving sports and promoting Bahrain’s achievements and reputation regionally and internationally.

 

Further, he expressed the ministry's readiness to cooperate with the BIC and provide all necessary support for hosting various sporting events, including Formula 1, while Shaikh Salman expressed appreciation to the ministry’s efforts to coordinate for the upcoming F1. -TradeArabia News Service
