NOV promotes Saudi executive to Mideast Managing Director

NOV, a leading provider of technology-driven solutions for energy industry headquartered in Texas, US, has promoted its senior executive Adel Badghaish to the newly-created role of President, NOV Saudi Arabia Limited and Managing Director, Middle East.
Based in the Saudi city of Dammam, Badghaish will work closely with NOV’s customers to expand its presence across the Middle East and help coordinate alignment of the group's solutions throughout the region. He will also serve as the company’s lead business development executive for Saudi Aramco.
Since 2018, Badghaish had been serving as the Vice President of Engineering and Business Development, Eastern Hemisphere for NOV Fiber Glass Systems.
Key role in Saudi Aramco
An industry veteran, he was earlier with Aramco putting in over 20 years of service in the state oil giant in various engineering and management positions of increasing responsibility; including a vital assignment in which he worked directly with the Saudi Ministry of Energy, Industry and Mineral Resources, said the statement from NOV.
He holds a doctorate degree in mechanical engineering from the Florida Institute of Technology, it added.
