The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) and the Women and Energy Association have signed a memorandum of understanding to enhance cooperation in capacity building, with a focus on developing the role of women in the fields of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) and support innovation in nuclear sciences to achieve a sustainable future, reported SPA .

 

The MOU was signed in the presence of Prince Abdulaziz bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Minister of Energy, and represented by Director General Rafael Mariano Grossi and Chairwoman of the Board, Princess Mishaal bint Saud AlShalan.
