Gas Arabian Services Company (GAS), a turnkey contractor for energy projects in Saudi Arabia, has announced that it has appointed its new board of directors for a four-year term under the chairmanship of Abdulrahman Khalid Abdullah Al Dabal. Faisal Khalid Abdullah Al Dabal is the new Vice-Chairman.

 

A major player in the regional energy sector, GAS offers an integrated and mechanical solutions to complex production challenges in oil and gas, petrochemical, electrical, steel, water and desalination, and mining industries across Saudi Arabia.

 

The formation of the new board as well as its committees and representatives was announced after the company's Extraordinary General Assembly meeting held last month, said GAS in its filing to Saudi bourse Tadawul. 

 

The new board - comprising Fawaz Abdullah Danish (committee chairman) as well as Adnan Abdulrahman AlMansour and Youssef Abdelhamid Khalil (both committee members) - took charge yesterday (January 1) and will last until December 31, 2028.-TradeArabia News Service
