AOC, a leading display specialist, has announced the launch of two new models from its 81 series of monitors, AOC I2481FXH (23.8?/60.5 cm) and AOC I2781FH (27?/68.6 cm) for the Egyptian market.
 
Both the models are built with “Infinity Glass” screen that extends to the edges of the ultra-narrow body, and almost seems to float above the desktop on a beautifully refined metallic stand with elegantly sculpted angles, said a statement from the company.
 
The innovative appearance extends to the display itself, which uses advanced IPS technology for consistent colour even at wide viewing angles. AOC Flicker Free technology uses a smooth backlight control system to reduce eye strain, it stated.

Ultra-high Dynamic Contrast Ratio of 50,000,000:1 displays darker images with more depth and detail, while the Clear Vision image performance engine can upscale Standard Definition (SD) sources to high definition (HD) for even sharper viewing.
 
According to AOC, the monitors’ IPS panels come with the Full HD resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels, so that users can enjoy not just wide viewing angles of 178 degree but also brilliant images with highest-grade colour fidelity, impressive contrast and stunning detail.

AOC’s Flicker Free Technology regulates brightness without flickering to ensure a zero-flickering viewing experience with reduced eye strain even during longer periods in front of the monitor, it stated.

Both monitors can easily be connected to various devices including DVD players, game consoles or whatever fits the user’s lifestyle best, thanks to two HDMI connectors and one VGA socket, he said.

For comfortable listening without disturbing others, users can plug in their earphones right into the display’s headphone jack, he stated.
 
The AOC I2481FXH model has been priced at E£2,700 ($168.3), while the AOC I2781FH is available for E£3,400 ($211). As with all of its displays, AOC offers a three-year warranty with on-site exchange service, it added. – TradeArabia News Service
