HP, a global leader in printing, today (February 13) unveiled the latest iteration of HP Color LaserJet Pro M100 and M200 series, offering convenience, security and performance in the work environment.

Enhanced security

The updated HP Color LaserJet Pro M100 and M200 series integrate essential security features such as basic encryption and password protection to help protect and secure your device, personal data and business documents when you print.

The M200 series also includes solutions that strengthen the defence against security vulnerabilities. Key features include automatic firmware updates to help detect and stop attacks, and dual band Wi-Fi for faster, more reliable connections on wireless models5.

The HP Color LaserJet Pro M100 and M200 series come with Original HP Toner cartridges with Jet Intelligence which help provide peak printing performance and professional-quality colour, page after page. With built-in wireless and Ethernet networking capabilities, the M100 and M200 series also deliver faster, more reliable connections with dual band Wi-Fi6.

Both the M100 and M200 series support high-volume printing, provide fast print speeds and the options to scan, copy and fax. Additionally, the M200 series lets you select automatic two-sided printing.

Sustainable design  

The new M100 and M200 series, which include HP Auto-on/Auto-off technology, use, on average, approximately 35 per cent less energy than standard model printers which don’t meet the Energy Star 3.0 specification. HP has designed and tested the printers to meet the latest Energy Star standards for quality, performance, and energy savings. HP also worked to ensure that the printing systems12do not release emissions that exceed Blue Angel eco label guidelines.
