Skal International Bahrain is bidding to host a major summit in the country that will attract tourism and hospitality industry heavyweights from across the globe. The club has submitted a bid to host the Skal International World Congress in 2017 and were in negotiations with Gulf Air to use their two hubs in Bangkok and Manila to attract delegates and promote the popular event to be held in Bahrain, said Skal International Bahrain president Mohamed Buzizi reported the Gulf Daily News (GDN), our sister publication.
