Plane bumps into Kuwait Airways flight on runway

NEW YORK, January 7, 2018

A Kuwait Airways plane was "bumped into" by another plane at New York's JFK Airport, a report said.

The minor accident, which took place on January 6, happened when the plane was on the runway before takeoff, said a report in Gulf News.

The other plane involved belonged to a Chinese airline, the report said.

No injuries were reported among passengers and crew members but the plane was rendered inoperable.

All passengers were transferred to a hotel until further arrangements were made, the report said.
