Abu Dhabi's Reem Weekend, created by Aldar Properties, has been extended following last week's reponse of over 8,000 visitors.

Reem Weekend brings together shopping, music, sport, entertainment and food. The event is free and open to the public from 3pm-11pm.

Organic food producers and food trucks will provide visitors with a wide variety of international and local cuisines. This will be complemented by street performances, flower and honey markets, fitness sessions as well as adventure and sporting activities such as yoga sessions, climbing walls, and trampolines. For children, a dedicated kids zone, cooking, art and science workshops, will be on offer.

Reem Weekend supports Aldar’s destination development strategy, which aims to raise the standard of living for all people living and visiting the emirate through the creation of vibrant, mixed-use communities and the provision of a diverse range of housing choices. - TradeArabia News Service
