Air India to commence flights to Najaf
NEW DELHI, January 31, 2019
Indian national carrier Air India has announced plans to launch flights from New Delhi to Najaf in Iraq, starting from February 14, said a report.
The first flight between the two cities will be operated by an Airbus 320neo aircraft with 160 seating capacity. The flight will depart from New Delhi at 13.55 hours and will land in Najaf at 17.00 hours (local time), a report in WAM.
"Boarding and luggage of passengers would be checked-in at Lucknow and immigration part will be held at Delhi's Indira Gandhi International Airport," the report said citing an Air India official.
