Gulf Air to boost frequency to Delhi

Bahrain national carrier Gulf Air is set to increase its direct Delhi service from two to three daily flights, starting from July 9, the airline has announced.
Gulf Air has provided direct air services between India and Bahrain since 1960, operating 75 weekly flights to eight destinations in India: Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Thiruvananthapuram, Cochin, Hyderabad, Calicut and Bangalore.
Commenting on the upcoming increase, Gulf Air’s chief executive officer, Krešimir Kučko said: “We are constantly developing strategies to satisfy the high demand to and from India and cater to our passengers’ needs across the Gulf Air network. Gulf Air’s increased Delhi frequency will enhance the existing Gulf Air service to one of our national carrier’s eight destinations in India. With additional flights between Bahrain and Delhi, we are offering enhanced schedule flexibility for our valued travellers while also creating improved connections for those travelling to and from Gulf Air’s network of onwards destinations across the globe.”
Gulf Air is well positioned to link regional travellers to Delhi while allowing seamless movement from the Indian city to several key regional and European destinations with excellent connectivity via Bahrain International Airport.
